Utility Rate Increase Notice:
A utility rate increase will go into effect with the February 2026 utility bills. East Garrett W.S.C was notified by the City of Ennis of a rate increase for wholesale customers effective on the November Billing. The new rate will reflect an increase of $0.120 cents per 10 gallons to $0.145 cents per 10 gallons.
East Garrett Water Supply staff are committed to managing these costs in the most efficient and sustainable way while maintaining our commitment to our future growth.
